Notes (Please provide as much information as you can as it will be used on your display tags):
Image Title is the title of the print entered for exhibit.
Capture Media for example would be digital, film (brand/type), Polaroid, paper negative, etc.
Print Media for example would be inkjet, giclee, chromogenic, silver, chromogenic, etc.
Camera & Lens for example would be Canon Rebel with Sigma 17-300mm zoom.
Price is the sale price of the framed print. Consider that there is a 30% commission when pricing your work. If your print is not for sale, enter NSF in this column.

Non-members who wish to participate can join the club by prepaying the membership fee for the 2010-2011 club season.
